TEXS Vision and Mission is driven by the owner’s beliefs and commitments that the Blue Economy, and particularly, the Seychelles fisheries sector must be sustainable and optimally used to benefit all the people of Seychelles without having to over-exploit the critical stocks and to minimise waste or disposals of excess fish and by-catch on a daily basis.

The TEXS ETHOS is founded on the conservation of fish populations and their habitats and marine ecosystems and is executed through the support of provisions that requires one to catch less fish and get the same or more return on the lesser catches. This will ensure sustainable exploitation or uses of Seychelles' fish resources for the benefit of our and future generations.
